Monthly plans

Every first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You aren’t charged when you sign up. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. After the trial, your plan renews automatically every month and those payments are non-refundable: the trial is your 7 days to decide at no cost.

Yearly plans

Yearly plans start with the same 7-day free trial. After the first annual charge, you have 30 days to ask for a refund. The refund is what you paid minus one month at the full monthly price of your plan (not the yearly price divided by twelve). The full monthly prices are Pro $29 and Ultra $59.

Example: Pro yearly costs $290 and Pro monthly costs $29, so a refund within 30 days is $290 − $29 = $261. For Ultra: $590 − $59 = $531.

After 30 days from the charge, it’s non-refundable. You can still turn off auto-renewal and keep your plan until the end of the year you paid for. The same 30-day rule applies to every yearly renewal charge, and we email you before each renewal.

Changing plans

  • Upgrades (Pro to Ultra, or monthly to yearly) apply at once and you’re charged the prorated difference right away. You can ask for a refund of that upgrade charge within 7 days.
  • Downgrades (Ultra to Pro, or yearly to monthly) start at your next renewal date. There’s no refund or credit for the current period.

Credit top-ups

A credit top-up is a one-off purchase. It’s refundable within 7 days of purchase only if none of its credits were used; once you use any credits from it, it’s non-refundable. You can refund an unused top-up yourself from the credits section of your account. Monthly credits that come with a plan aren’t top-ups: they follow the plan’s rules. Monthly credits are spent first, then top-ups, oldest first.

Mistakes on our side

Duplicate charges, or charges caused by a technical error on our side, are always refunded in full.

Chargebacks

If you open a payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us, your account is suspended until the dispute is resolved. You can still sign in to reach support. Please write to us first: we answer quickly.

How to cancel

Cancel any time from your account: “Cancel subscription / Manage billing” opens the billing page, where you can turn off renewal. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. The trial and yearly renewal emails also carry a one-click cancel link.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@quizzerfy.com from your account email and tell us which charge it is. Unused top-ups can be refunded straight from your account.

Earlier purchases

Subscriptions and purchases made before November 4, 2026 keep the terms in force when they were made.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
