Privacy Policy
Quizzerfy stores your quizzes and the leads they collect. We keep the rest to a minimum and protect what we keep.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up, buy or are invited to a team. It identifies your account and is where we send links and receipts. We store it encrypted.
- Your password, stored only as a one-way hash. We can’t read it.
- Your quizzes and products: the quiz graphs, product details, source text you give the AI, and uploaded images. This is the service itself.
- Leads your quizzes collect: email, name and custom fields (stored encrypted), with answers, score, outcome and consent. You are the controller of this data; we process it for you.
- Quiz visits: the path, answers and UTM tags of each anonymous walk through a quiz. No personal data.
- Billing records: your plan, subscription status and payments. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
- A usage log of calls your AI apps make: the time, the tool, the quiz, the app’s name and the result. It records the size of each request, never its content.
- Team data, on Ultra: members, roles and invitations.
What we don’t do with your data
- We don’t sell them or share them with advertisers.
- We don’t sell leads or use them to train models. When you use AI credits, your product source and quiz are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to produce the result. Leads never are.
- We don’t use them to train AI.
- People at Quizzerfy don’t read them, unless you ask us to for support or the law requires it.
Why we use your data
- To run the service: host your quizzes, store your leads, send them to the integrations you connect, and answer your connected AI apps.
- To bill your plan and send sign-in links and receipts.
- To show you and your team the usage and activity logs.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the service working.

AI apps you connect (such as Claude or ChatGPT) receive the quizzes and leads they read on your behalf, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Quizzes and leads are kept until you delete them or your account. After a subscription ends they stay for 90 days, then we delete them after an email warning. Deleted data is removed from the database right away; database backups kept by our host age out on their own schedule. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. The usage log is kept while your account exists.
Your rights
You can export your leads any time from the app, and delete leads, quizzes or your account. If you took a quiz and want your data removed, ask the creator of the quiz or write to us. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing support@quizzerfy.com from your account address. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights; we honor them.
