These terms apply to your use of Quizzerfy (“Quizzerfy”, “we”, “us”) at quizzerfy.com. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.

## What Quizzerfy is

Quizzerfy is a hosted tool for building quiz funnels. You build quizzes with AI credits, with your own AI through our MCP server, or by hand. We host the quizzes, collect the leads you ask for, and send them where you tell us.

## Your account

You need one account per person, with a real email address. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password and API keys safe. The free trial is for one person, one time; repeat sign-ups to claim it may end your account.

## Plans and credits

Plans, prices, limits and credit amounts are on the pricing section of our home page. Monthly credits reset on your billing date and don’t roll over. Top-ups last 12 months, need a paid plan and stay through plan changes. Credits have no cash value, except the top-up refund in the [refund policy](https://quizzerfy.com/refunds). A failed AI action uses no credits.

Upgrades apply at once and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the period: quizzes over the new limit pause, the most recently edited stay live, and domains over the limit detach. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period, then your quizzes pause until the plan is back.

Leads and completions are unlimited. Accounts above 100,000 completions a month may be reviewed by hand so we can keep the service healthy; we don’t block a quiz for this without talking to you first.

## Your content and your leads

Your quizzes, products and leads stay yours. You give us the permission we need to host, process and display them to run the service, including sending your source material to our AI provider when you use AI credits.

You are the controller of the personal data your leads give you. You’re responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for your own privacy notice, and for honoring requests to access or delete it. Quizzerfy gives you CSV export, per-lead deletion, double opt-in and a consent checkbox for this.

## Your claims

You are responsible for what your quizzes say. AI output can be wrong: review it before you publish. Don’t publish claims, testimonials, results or guarantees you can’t back up.

## Acceptable use

Follow the [acceptable use policy](https://quizzerfy.com/acceptable-use). We may pause a quiz or account that breaks it.

## Connected AI apps

When you connect an AI app, you authorize it to act on your account within the tools we provide. You can revoke it from your account at any time. That app’s own terms apply to it.

## Cancelling and your data

You can cancel any time from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Then quizzes pause, and your data stays for 90 days. We email you before deleting it. Publishing again within that time keeps it.

## Availability

We work to keep Quizzerfy running but don’t promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or remove features, and we’ll give notice of changes that matter.

## Liability

Quizzerfy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or leads, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

## Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
